As the official witness to the contract, you'll be entitled to a discount on all horse rentals. When Used

• Without a Horsery:

You head to the Council building and oversee the signing of the contract. The Hostler tips his hat to you and heads over to the Right Side of the Tracks to quickly assemble and populate his Horsery. Your West of Loathing Steam DLC key is: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX (This will always be visible on the wall of the Horsery in Seaside Town if you need it.).

• Otherwise:

This town ain't big enough for two Horseries, and it's already got one Horsery in it.

• Available in Mr. Store between August 10, 2017 and August 10, 2018.
• Its in-store description:

Unlocks a horsery in Seaside Town, and grants a Steam DLC Key for West of Loathing horse armor.

It's definitely the least money you'll spend on horse armor this year.
