When eating with Got Milk active, each point of fullness the food gives reduces the duration of Got Milk by one turn and grants one additional adventure.
Does not work with sushi or with Hobopolis marketplace food.

The effect text is a reference to the 17-second song "I Like Food" by The Descendents, from their 1981 Fat EP:

The name of this effect is a reference to the long-running "Got Milk?" advertisement campaign in the US.
As stated in the milk of magnesium entry, the real Milk of Magnesia is intended to quell heartburn.
The "terrible heartburn" that the flavor text alludes to is due to the reaction of magnesium with water and/or stomach acid.

Retired on January 1, 2020, when the milk of magnesium was changed to a miscellaneous consumable.
