You're fighting a giant tardigradeTardigrades, also known as "water bears," are those adorable little microscopic organisms that are hardy enough to survive in the vacuum of space.
It turns out, when you magnify them so big that they're towering over you, they look less like bears and more like terrifying inflated sacs of legs and death. It swim/crawls to you through the water, its legs making a sound like thunder.

You suddenly realize that there are microscopic versions of this animal, hundreds of them, all over the place. It freaks you right out. Eek! Ooh! Argh! Ow! (spooky damage)
It slices you with one of its waterbear claws. Not to be confused with a water bearclaw, which is a bland pastry. Ow! Argh! Ugh! Oof!
It throws a giant egg sac at you. Dozens of tiny tardigrades walk all over you with their creepy claws. Oof! Oof! Oof! Eek! (sleaze damage)
It kicks your <solar plexus> with its claws. Eek! Oof! Ouch! Argh!
It pokes you with its snout/mouth thingy. It's gross. Oof! Ouch! Argh! Ow! (sleaze damage)
It extends that weird proboscis on the front of its face and gives you a series of very thorough, painful hickeys. Eek! Ugh! Argh! Oof!
