eel sauce
This is a little ramekin of sauce from an especially saucy eel. Normally, I wouldn't recommend eating anything that came out of an eel, but this should make your sushi taste even better. Or, if you don't like sushi, even worse.
At the very least, it gives you the excuse to say "ramekin." Go ahead, indulge yourself: ramekin ramekin ramekin. Wasn't that fun?
