E.M.U. harness
This is the harness rig for an Elf Maneuvering Unit, which is kind of like a jetpack with a chair strapped to it. The harness was designed by elven engineers to be almost infinitely adjustable for a wide range of body types.
Given the universal laws that govern harnesses, however, no matter how much you adjust it, it'll still pinch your crotch.
