The Sloppy Seconds Diner is naturally a delight for dogs, what with the crumbs and grease spots all over the floor. A diner usually wouldn't let you bring a dog inside, but <petname> is super-cute! Just look at that adorable translucent slightly out-of-focus little face! D'awww. How could anyone make you leave such a cute puppy out on the boardwalk? And anyway he can just phase through the wall, so it's not like they could do anything about it if they tried.
