• From inventory when set to off:

The radio only has one functioning control -- the volume knob. It's currently turned all the way down.

• Setting it to 1-10:

You set the radio's volume to 1-10. Man, oh man, is that an annoying noise.

• Turning the radio off:

You turn off the radio, putting a stop to that infernal racket. Thank you.

• Trying to turn the radio off when it's already off:

You decide to leave the radio turned off. Thank you.
