Deep Inside Grimace, Bow Chick-a Bow Bow (Coat Check)
You step into the coat check, and are greeted by a weaselly little elf in a bellhop uniform. “Check your coat, guv?” he says.
”Check it for what?” you ask. “You know, there’s an alien/mutant invasion going on out there. Maybe you ought to get out while you can.”
”Nah,” the elf says, “I have to finish my tour of duty so I can go home to my wife and kids. Elven Lunar Enterprises says they’ve sent an escape pod for me and it should be here in a week or so.”
A door to your left opens and what looks like the same elf, in the same uniform, limps through it. He’s identical to the first one, except one arm’s in a sling, he’s got some bruises, and his uniform is torn and tattered.
”Don’t listen to him,” the new elf says, “I got mauled by an alien in the loading dock, and I come back here and find this guy doing my job. I’m the one who gets to go see my wife and kids.”
”My wife and kids, you mean,” the other elf responds, and “my job. I’ve been up here for --”
”-- five years? I think you mean I’ve been up here for five years!”
You’d probably better leave these guys to fight it out, before you accidentally spoil an awesome movie for yourself.
