Also acts as a spell lantern for 3 random elements with the following prepended message:

If one of the randomly chosen elements coincides with the element of the current spell being casted, then no additional damage is provided for that element.

For example, if Weapon of the Pastalord would have dealt 100 (+100) damage and the medal chooses to reflect the spell as Hot, Spooky, and Sleaze, then the displayed message in-game will show that you have dealt 100 (+100) (+100) (+100) to the enemy. Note that the amount of Hot Damage damage done still remains as (+100), not (+200).
