• This item does not actually create any kind of pirate, unlike other skulls. According to Xenophobe, its use function exists only as a diversion to those creating a ninja pirate zombie robot.

• In the description, the mention of One-eyed Willie refers to a character in the movie The Goonies. In the movie, Willie wears an eyepatch over what would be an eye or eyesocket, but where the socket should be there is simply solid bone.
