You're fighting the Chief Electronic OverseerA man smart enough to be head of the Yakuza doesn't sit in an office all day. He spends his time thinking up new and elaborate plans for enjoying the ridiculous amounts of money his organization makes, and implementing those plans. The crime-related plans are generally thought up by lieutenants, and then programmed into the robots that serve as the CEOs of yakuza corporations. After all, a yakuza CEO is an obvious target for police sting operations, and the police were generally less willing to beat up a robot for information than I was.

He grabbed me by the hair and slammed my face into his desk. My bloody nose ruined some of his paperwork, and I took some small satisfaction from that. Eek! Ouch!

He tried to punch me, but I stepped back and his giant mahogany desk got in his way.
He looked at his watch, and frowned. "Can we hurry this up?" he asked. "I've got a shareholders' meeting in half an hour."
He pushed a button on his desk intercom, and ordered his secretary to clear his calendar for the next week, so he could devote the time to beating the hell out of me.

After winning the fight:
I massaged my bruised and bleeding knuckles as a shower of sparks sprayed from the robot's neck like a New Year's firework.
"This achievezzt you fzzt nothing!" it crackled. "Destroy bzzt me? They will unbox another one and zzt upload my mind from b-b-bzzt backup! The beta zztsessions are well under way already! It is too fzzt too bzzt too crackle too late for you to stop me!"
I pushed the robot out of its chair and opened the desk drawer. It was empty, except for an old, rusty key on a shiny new brass keychain. It was labelled "Test Site".
"We'll see about that," I said, putting the key in my pocket.
