This is a security biomechanoid whose purpose is to alert the other members of the collective of your presence, which it does by emitting a shrill, high-pitched whine. Having done that, its secondary purpose is to cause you to emit a shrill, high-pitched whine through the application of the long knives at the end of its arms.

It lets loose a mechanical whine. Something like "I don't wanna be assimilated!" It's pretty piercing, eardrum-wise. Argh! Ugh! Oof! Ugh! Ooh!

• "No more Mr. Knife Guy" is probably referencing the common phrase "No more Mr. Nice Guy," but could be a reference to a Will Smith line in the movie Wild Wild West, to the Alice Cooper song, "No More Mr. Nice Guy," or even to the recurring Super Mario minor villain Knife Guy.
