Notes
- Affects chat, changing every other word to "dick", "butt", "fart", or "boner".
- Removes turns equal to half of the word count (factoring in the channel name, e.g. /hardcore Hello would remove 1 turn) where each word is separated by a space.
- Does not change text in PMs or chat commands, but still lowers turns of the effect.
