Attempting to use more than 20 at a time yields the message: 'Your mother always told you not to eat too many jelly beans, so you decide to only eat 20 of them.'

References

The name and description are references to Jelly Belly brand jelly beans, which are known for coming in a large variety of flavors.
"Bertie Bott's Every-Flavour Beans" from J. K. Rowling's Harry Potter books come in literally every flavor imaginable, often including bizarre and unappetizing flavors such as asparagus and earwax. While Yummy Tummy beans are similar in that nature, it is more likely that Yummy Tummy beans refer to Jelly Bellies. Incidentally, Jelly Belly has marketed a real-life rendition of the Every-Flavour Beans, though they don't quite have every flavor.
