You fumble your way deeper into the mist, and discover a man in sunglasses with a cigarette holder. He screams, "Holy Jesus! What are these goddamned animals?" You start to ask him why there's a hippy sucking on the sleeve of his red woolen shirt, but decide you'd rather not know.

This way

That way

The other way

Escape

Occurs in the Violet Fog.

References

  • The man in sunglasses with a cigarette holder references Hunter S. Thompson, a journalist known for his fondness for hallucinogenic drugs, and usually pictured with his trademark cigarette holder and large glasses. In his book Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas there's an episode with a musician sucking LSD off his shirt sleeve, and the line "Holy Jesus! What are these goddamned animals?" is spoken by Thompson himself.
