- "Nine tiny plastic lords" refers to the trilogy of books turned movies The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R Tolkien. In the first book/movie, the Dark Lord Sauron gives the lords of men nine rings of power. They become so overtaken by the rings' power, that they turn into ringwraiths.
- "Serve the Multi Czar," in continuing the reference to Lord of the Rings also references the fact that the custom avatar of the Multi Czar resembles the "Eye of Sauron" as depicted in the above movie and that his player picture is a screen capture from that movie. The Czar also has nine of these in his display case.
