The Raffle House

The Raffle House is located on the Right Side of the Tracks. It was constructed on the former site of the LAAAAME Observatory. Players could purchase a raffle ticket for 1,000 meat. Drawings are held daily, but had a hiatus between October 15 and November 4, 2008 for undisclosed reasons.

Since November 5, 2008:

image:shoppeng.gif Greetings, Adventurer, and welcome to our Raffle House, which is completely and totally legitimate and fully-licensed by the Council of Loathing.

Here's how it works: you buy some raffle tickets, and every day (at rollover) we'll draw one to see who wins our Fabulous Prize, which will be delivered to you in one of our special packages. Tickets are non-transferrable, but we will accept tickets from Hagnk's if you should ascend before the drawing.

All proceeds will be donated to an unspecified but very worthy charity of our choosing. So, how many tickets do you want?

Today's Raffle Prize:
First prize: (desert mutant familiar hatchling)
Second prize: (depleted Grimacite item plans)

X first prize lots and X second prize lots are available. One prize lot per winner. All ticket sales are final. Void where prohibited by law. Part of a complete breakfast.

Due to a recent business arrangement made by my employers, we are not running any raffles at the present time.

Rest assured that our organization is hard at work trying to figure out new ways to flee... ahem... serve you in the future.

First Prizes, since November 5, 2008

Notes

  • Prizes are delivered in a raffle prize box, so that those in in Hardcore or Ronin may receive their prizes without gaining a significant advantage over other players.
  • Raffle tickets can be purchased using funds from Hagnk's Ancestral Mini-Storage.
  • When you enter anything other than a positive number as the amount of tickets to buy, you get the response
Buying less than one ticket is... unwise.
