Susie, the Arena Mistress

Susie is the Arena Master--she means Mistress--in The Cake-Shaped Arena.

When you enter, Susie tells you,

In the Arena, your familiars can compete in a variety of events, against the House Familiars, for experience, prestige, and fabulous prizes. To enter your familiar in an event costs 100 Meat, and takes 1 Adventure.

Susie will daily offer five different "house familiars," ranging in weight from 1 pound to 30, and allow you to pit your own familiar against hers in one of four events.

For each ten successful wins, Susie will award you a prize. You have a 75% chance of being rewarded with a piece of Familiar Equipment applicable to the familiar that won the tenth challenge, and a 25% chance of winning a lead necklace.

Notes

• Susie ran a cupcake stand as a kid.
• She's somewhat of a celebrity now, so there's a tiny plastic figure of her, too.
• It is rumored that Susie's twin sister also works in the Kingdom, as the travel agent for The Shore, Inc Travel Agency.
