This is a wad of Spooky Putty that you've pressed into a flat sheet, so that you can copy newspaper ink with it.
In completely unrelated news, Knob Goblin Scientists have recently discovered that most monsters in the Kingdom of Loathing are composed, at the molecular level, of a high percentage of newspaper ink.

- Upon successfully copying a monster, your opponent will automatically hit on this round (if it's not stunned), for more damage than you'd normally be hit for.
- The following monsters cannot be copied:
- Confirmation is still needed on whether or not the following monsters are copyable:
- Holiday Enemies, such as Crimbo Town encounters
- all Ultra Rares
- The dirty thieving brigand can be copied, but his meat is still collected by the nuns even after the quest is completed. This does, however, allow you to complete the nun's quest and gain access to their services even after the war is over.
- Fighting copied ducks from McMillicancuddy's Farm after the war will count against your daily limit. However, you can continue to fight copied ducks past this limit.
- Even if you have more than one sheet the maximum uses per-day are 5.
