In combat:

You quickly rub the foul-smelling oil on your aching muscles. The horrible stench of the oil fills the air, and your opponent sputters and chokes from the fumes.

You gain all hit points.

Notes

When used in combat, it also stuns your opponent for one round.
The item can potentially do a lot of damage against the Shadow Class.
