The game refers to the Muscle Substat by the following names:
- Beefiness
- Fortitude
- Muscleboundness
- Strengthliness
- Strongness
Players that have ascended under The Mongoose sign occasionally gain 1-3 extra Muscle stats.
Muscle is typically gained through adventures, food, booze or spleen items. Here's a comprehensive list of everything else in the game that deals with Muscle substat points. When working to advance a particular stat, many players take advantage of Stat Day strategies to help themselves.
