While wandering around Whitey's Grove, you encounter a faded sign. You pick out the words "White Citadel" and a faded arrow pointing eastward.
Your astute deductive skills allow you to conclude that the White Citadel must be somewhere east of here.
Occurs at Whitey's Grove.
