This is a chunk of gristle from a hobo. It's not entirely clear whether it's gristle from the actual hobo, or gristle from something he had in his pocket. Either way, I think we can all agree on one thing -- blech.

Notes
- The Bounty Hunter Hunter asks you to get 8 of these from drunken or hung-over half-orc hobos (depending on your ascension number).
- Prior to the February 25 trivial update, The Bounty Hunter Hunter used to ask you to get 13.
- As with all bounty items, these will not drop unless there is bounty out on them. They will disappear from your inventory if you give up on the bounty.
- Choosing "Give him a beating" from the Oh No, Hobo adventure in the The Haunted Pantry will provide a drunken half-orc hobo capable of dropping this item.
