This is a tiny gem very similar to a glacier. Not in size, or in speed, but in temperature.
It's ironic that "sapphire" sort of has the word "fire" in it, but this one is so cold. Or maybe not technically "ironic," but more, like, "interesting." Come to think of it, it's not even particularly interesting. Never mind.
