 You're fighting a fluffy bunnyThis is one of the cute, fluffy bunnies that populate the Dire Warren. You're not entirely sure why it's called the Dire Warren, as you can't imagine any particularly dire circumstances (or straits) coming about because of these little things.
Nonetheless, it's probably safer to destroy it.

- The description makes reference to the band Dire Straits.
- Several of the attack messages are references to the Bunny Hop.
- "The bunny hops two steps forward, but you hop two steps back." refers to the Paula Abdul duet Opposites Attract, whose chorus begins "I take two steps forward..." "...I take two steps back."
- The line about the bunny presumably trying to bite you is a reference to the "killer rabbit" in Monty Python & the Holy Grail. This is reaffirmed by the fumble message, which references the Knights Who Say Ni and their desire for shrubbery, from the same movie.[1]
- This enemy, and the fact it is one of the first enemies encountered in the game, may be a spoof on the MMORPG cliché of forcing low-level players to fight ridiculously weak "monsters", such as rabbits.
