This is a fancy glass container full of fancy bath salts. They're for dissolving into a bath if you're not feeling fancy enough. I suppose you could also dissolve them into your washing machine if your pants weren't fancy enough for you.
You throw the bath salts on the ground in front of your opponent. Now nothing will ever grow there, but other than that, the act was pretty much completely pointless. Your opponent looks a little confused.
