This is a dead guy's pocketwatch with a picture of a dead guy's girlfriend taped into the lid. It's simultaneously depressing and inspiring, like a motivational poster about suicide. It doesn't appear to be suffering from the same problem that other mementos have where the flow of time works in a really weird way.
