This is a form that can be used to order a custom avatar for your character -- a picture that will replace your normal picture in your character pane and the page other people see when they view your profile.

It will likely take Jick several weeks to make the custom avatar; please be patient.
When unpurchasable, a message will appear in Mr. Store saying "custom avatar forms are currently unavailable. They will become available again on [midnight, Pacific time on the first of next month]," where the date and time are localized to your timezone.
When you send request, ask specifically what you want from the Custom Avatar. Do not give options, give exactly what you should want to get.
It is possible to obtain more than one custom avatar.
Your custom avatar is displayed next to any of your messages in the clan message board.
Custom avatars may be used as shopkeepers in the Mall of Loathing.
