The description of this item is a reference to the Time Cubewebsite, and its author Gene Ray's poor regard of anyone who doesn't know or believe his theory of time. The "4-liter" bit is a reference to his constant mentions of a "4-day" or "4-corner" Earth, which is "one of the components of nature's harmonic time cube".
