This is a worthless piece of yellow glass. The kobolds in the Dungeons of Doom carry these around because they think they're valuable jewels. You don't even want to know what they carry around because they think it's ice cream.

- The Bounty Hunter Hunter asks you to get six of these from large kobolds.
- As with all bounty items, these will not drop unless there is bounty out on them. They will disappear from your inventory if you give up on the bounty.
References
- This item is, unsurprisingly, a reference to NetHack, in which several monsters have a habit of carrying around gems, many of which are actually worthless glass, such as this. In NetHack, however, it is left up to the player to sort out the gemstones from the imitations.
