Way Ponderous
You tunnel into a cavern and stop abruptly, just in the nick of time. The floor of the cave disappears in front of you into a deep pit. You ponder what mighty foce might have made such an abyss, and as you sit in silence, you hear a gentle *plink* as a drop of water falls from the ceiling and splashes in the depths far below you.
Your mind boggles as you consider how many drops of water would have to fall and for how long, to slowly carve out the canyon in front of you. It really makes you think about how determination and perseverance can accomplish wonderful things.
So it's just as well that you don't hear the jackhammer start up as you walk away.
Occurs at Mt. Molehill.
