Wand of Oscus
This is a wand once used by Oscus, the hobo lord of garbage. It's made from an ancient decaying beef stick with a filthy bar rag wrapped around the handle and a rotting pickled egg stuck on the end of it.

Outfit: Vile Vagrant Vestments.
