Trophies are awarded to players for various achievements. Once you've earned a trophy, you can visit Trophy Hut to purchase your trophy for 10,000 meat and have it installed in your Trophy Case. You can select which trophies you wish to put on display, and those trophies will appear on your player profile. Of the 68 listed trophies, 60 can be collected, 6 cannot and 2 have not been found yet.

• Certain trophies reset and disappear from the Trophy Hut if not bought while they are available.
  • Ascension-based trophies must be purchased in the ascension during which the trophy's conditions were met; if you don't, you'll have to meet the trophy's conditions again for it to become available at the trophy hut again. This is known to happen with Palindrophy, Easy Come Easy Go, 100 Pound Load, 300 Pound Load, Black Hole Terrarium, Boss Boss, Der Toastdieb, Festive Dismemberment, Gadget Inspector, Little Boat, Big Boat, Gourdcore, Golden Meat Stack, the Brass Bowling Trophy, and The Butler Did It.
  • Similarly, for Gourdcore and Golden Meat Stack, you must visit the Trophy Hut before freeing King Ralph XI and having your hardcore restrictions lifted.
  • In order to acquire the Little Chickadee trophy, you must reach or surpass 1000 drunkenness all in one day, and visit the Trophy Hut before rollover resets your drunkenness level.
  • "State-based" indicates that the character state making the trophy available may be undone by normal character actions; the trophy must be purchased while the described character state is in effect. Hothouse Hero, Cool Customer, Dreadful, Just Dreadful, Malodorous, Moderation In All Things, and Wink Wink, Nudge Nudge must be purchased while the required effects/buffs are active, and Tiny Plastic Trophy and Two-Tiered Tiny Plastic Trophy must be purchased before removing the relevant tiny plastics from your display case. (Technically all trophies are based on character state, but the end-state conditions of ascension/rollover are easier to express separately, and it's even easier to just ignore consumption/usage states that can never be undone.)
• Trophies based on familiar history are still (Dec 2007) being confirmed. Note that due to rounding a history entry may display as, e.g., "90% favorite" but be stored as 89.5% internally and therefore not qualify for a 90% cutoff for a trophy requirement.
• There is no trophy number 13 because of Jick's dislike for the number.
• The unguessable filenames of the images for each trophy are usually humorous references of their own.
• If you attempt to browse the directory of trophy images you are greeted with "No Peeking."
• If you try to purchase a trophy without selecting one (or try to trick KoL into letting you purchase a trophy that you haven't earned), you will get the message: "You don't meet the requirements for that trophy."
• When asked how many trophies are undiscovered, Jick & Co. always answer "seven."
• The number of trophies in your shelf contributes to the Collector's Score, and is mentioned under the other accomplishments section of your Quest Log.
• As of Dec 2007, there are known to be 11 animated sparkly trophies.
