Notes

• You lose half of your current hit points, rounded up, every round of combat (including doing nothing, twiddling your thumbs, etc.)
• Each time damage is applied, a message appears: "No, seriously. You don't feel so well. Those toads are bad for you."
• Can be removed by using an anti-anti-antidote.

References

• Toad in the hole is a British dish featuring sausages baked in a thick batter.
• "Fire in the hole!" is commonly shouted (especially in movies) when throwing a grenade; since the Green Ops used a toad and not a grenade, "Toad in the hole!" would be the logical warning.
• Homestar Runner is quoted in the persistent text: "No, seriously. [...] Those things are bad for you."
