Whilst the description states that the buff can only be used 5 times per day, it can actually be used 5 times per day for each Golden Mr. Accessory you have purchased.
Casting this buff does not require equipping the Golden Mr. Accessory, or even having it in your inventory.
This buff cannot be used on yourself.
This buff can be used on players in Hardcore.
