When uploading KoL images, use the same filename for the image as is used in the game. Also, be sure to use {{kolimage}} appropriately in the image description. If you receive an error that the file already exists, then it already exists. Do not upload the same image twice. Jick does not usually repeat filenames, but occasionally there are repeat filenames, such as one for an adventure and one for an item. When this occurs, please DO rename your file in order to upload it, but leave a note in the TheKoLWiki talk:image use policy, containing the original filename, and the filename you uploaded it as. This will help keep us from having duplicate images. Thank you!

Non-KoL images should be hosted elsewhere. There are many free image hosting services, such as ImageShack.
