Originally built in 2004 to scare off the Penguin Mafia, The Huge Cannon and its counterpart, Half of a Cannon, have long been well-known landmarks in Seaside Town. The original cannon was moved atop The Cannon Museum, never having been fired. Over a year later, following White Wednesday, a duplicate half-completed cannon fell out of a temporal rift from the past.

On May 4, 2006, deconstruction began on the Half of a Cannon. It was fully removed by May 10. The metal scraps gained from deconstructing the cannon were used in the construction of a new building, The LAAAAME Observatory. Curious adventurers can use the telescope featured in the observatory to look for things in the KoL sky. Why not take a look? You never know...you might just find something and be rewarded.
