On June 2, right before rollover, a large KABOOM rippled through the kingdom. Users fell back in shock and were kicked off the server as their javascript enabled browsers began to shake. Only a few days earlier the comet had been spotted by none other than our very own Gift Shop Guy. Suspicions of the comet hitting Grimace were correct as it collided directly with it, changing its appearance, and then crushed The LAAAAME Observatory. Parts of Grimace fell from the sky soon after and landed in the Desert Beach (finally something useful in that area), and began to smolder. Especially adventurous adventurers could then click the remains and be damaged exponentially, what fun! (Silly masochists.)
