Talk:Vermincelli

From TheKolWiki

Mine was also named "Ben." Level 1: initial attack: 3-4 damage, subsequent rounds: 2-3. Level 2: initial attack 6-8, subsequent rounds 4-6. --Prestige 00:53, 21 March 2009 (UTC)

Level 3: initial 9-11, subsequent 6-9. Level 4: initial 12-14, subsequent 8-12. Well, a pretty obvious pattern is emerging. --Prestige 09:36, 21 March 2009 (UTC)
Level 5: initial: 15-19, subsequent 10-15. Level 6: initial: 23-24, subsequent 12-18. No surprises here. I did not notice any indication of a level 5 ability so far. --Prestige 09:56, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
Still leveling him toward 10. Damage remains in expected range. Can't figure out level 5 ability, and I've tried a number of things in combat to provoke a reaction, including casting all PM spells, running away, drawing out fights, getting hit by the monster a lot, and I still haven't seen any obvious indication of an effect. --Prestige 12:37, 26 March 2009 (UTC)

"Isn't if Bubonic? Don't you think?" refers to Alanis Morisette's song Ironic ("And isn't it ironic... don't you think") —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pacone (talkcontribs)

I vote reference to Ratatouille --Coolness 03:52, 26 March 2009 (UTC)

Found the level 5 ability. The effect at the time was All covered in Whatsit, but I think I've also seen it remove Dilated Nostrils. --LegendaryBard 16:48, 27 March 2009 (UTC)

Ben licks your wounds, and you feel a little better. I mean, better than you'd feel with just the wound, but not as good as you'd feel without the wound and without the ratspit, too.
You lose an effect:
  • Oh, forgot to mention. It triggered when I summoned Ben, not when I got the effect. --LegendaryBard 18:17, 27 March 2009 (UTC)
  • Looks like it removes negative status effects. Can it lick away goofball withdrawal? --Quine 13:08, 28 March 2009 (UTC)
    • Ah, cool. Looks like it's similar to the Bandersnatch's effect removal... it will remove any and all negative effects at once. I haven't tested goofballs, but it does remove stuff like Tenuous Grip on Reality and Barking Dogs, which neither disco power nap nor tongue can remove. --Prestige 00:37, 29 March 2009 (UTC)
    • I'll try out the Goofballs near the end of my ascension. --Almar Zamasee 10:07, 26 April 2009 (UTC)
      • Level 10 ability: HP and MP restore at end of combat. 43 HP/29 MP, 33 HP/48 MP, 52 HP/40 MP, 37 HP/30 MP, 29 HP/42 MP, 30 HP/47 MP. --Prestige 07:42, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
