When does it open up? As a level six character, having completed all the council quests, I'm getting:

"Sorry, Adventurer, but I'm terribly busy. Could you maybe drop by a little later?" --Club 19:15, 22 May 2006 (CDT)

    - Look harder. Opening Degrassi Knoll triggers the quest, and to open Degrassi Knoll, you need to talk to someone in your guild. --Cairnarvon 13:32, 23 May 2006 (CDT)
      - Interesting. It should be in the page proper. I'm playing with a muscle sign so the knoll has been open since the beginning, and built the car from parts from Hagnk's before even starting the guild challenges. --Club 18:08, 23 May 2006 (CDT)
