Tomb ratchets do not appear to drop until you have used the carved wooden wheel. This seems to be skewing these statistics. The actual drop rate is somewhere in the 15% ballpark.--alacrity 01:20, 27 November 2007 (CST)

I corrected the statistics with those gathered by Gemelli. Indeed, it looks like the wheel drop was skewing results. See the discussion here. --Starwed 12:43, 11 January 2008 (CST)

Either something has changed, or Gemelli's results were also skewed; I've posted a bunch of data (1537 rats) later in that same thread that points to 20% for the ratchets. I'll go ahead and update the main page at this point.--Salien 12:37, 13 March 2008 (CDT)
