Based on on very limited observations I have a hypothesis that stats are split over your stats so that you get most points in your lowest stat and least points in your highest stat. It would be nice with some data that either verify or dismiss this. This is obviously a reference to mulligan stew, an actual dish hobos have been known to eat, but I wonder if it's worth noting the usage of Tin Cup in the item name due to the fact that "Tin cup" and "mulligan" are both golfing references, particularly in reference to the film "Tin Cup", though it doesn't seem to have any other obvious references in the description. --lucasw 12:28, 26 August 2008 (CDT)
