Don't quote me on this, but the purple beast and bootleg tape removal methods may be percentage based. I tried it when there were only a few left and it only removed one or two. I'd wager it may be somthing close to 25%.--Tombot (talk) 14:29, 10 September 2018 (UTC)

  • Yeah probably, went from 44 to 31 from the bootleg and 18 to 15 from the pool. I'll change the values to x.--Icon315 (T[Special:Contributions/Icon315|C]]) 16:49, 10 September 2018 (UTC)
  • I went from 29 to 21. When I did the math on a spreadsheet, 30% is 7.8, rounded up is 8, so the math works. --Pazsox 15:05, 28 September 2018 (EST)

Clear out partiers quest

I don't think that the numbers for the noncombat are accurate. It says pouring a purple beast into the pool clears out 20% of the guests (Rounded Up). I had 14 guests so 20% rounded up would be 2.8 -> 3. But it only cleared out 2. --Dudemcbob (talk) 20:19, 9 October 2018 (UTC)

In Normal mode, it appears optimal to grab the intimidating chainsaw before using the jam band bootleg (or the Purple Beast energy drink). In Hard mode, use the jam band bootleg first. --Baltar (talk) 23:13, 15 October 2018 (UTC)

  • I think that the optimal order is chainsaw, bootleg, purple beast in both modes. In Normal mode, it actually costs the same amount of turns to skip the purple beast and fight with your third noncombat, which earns you extra loot. I broke it down in this spreadsheet. --Dudemcbob (talk) 20:12, 28 October 2018 (UTC)

snacks quest

Re: the snacks quest targets: I did it once and was asked to produce 10 plates of Heimz fortified kidney beans. --Schlurp (talk) 16:36, 10 September 2018 (UTC)

Clean up garbage quest

The Surprisingly capacious handbag and the 'burn the garbage in the kitchen' options help in this quest apparently but I don't have any numbers yet.--Tombot (talk) 13:33, 11 September 2018 (UTC)

I think burning garbage might be a percentage based. It says 65 on wiki, but being on hard mode I had 344 trash burned, leaving me with 1033 remaining. Some basic math shows it burned 25% of the trash. --Taltamir (talk) 09:47, 12 September 2018 (UTC)

Looks like it's about one piece of garbage for every ~4% of item drop. Running 943.62% item drop results in 200 pieces of garbage. --xoutkastx3 (talk) 14:29, 19 September 2018 (UTC)

  • 200 pieces of garbage per adventure appears to be the maximum, as I have not been able to make it go any higher.--Tombot (talk) 17:06, 19 September 2018 (UTC)
    • It seems to be one piece of garbage every ~3% item drop, with a ~47 base (so 0% item drop gives ~47), with a random range. spreadsheet. I only have a small amount of data. It does appear to be capped somehwere around 200 pieces. --Icon315 (T|C) 06:50, 20 September 2018 (UTC)

I am pretty sure you can only burn trash once per day. Need confirmation. --Taltamir (talk) 11:58, 26 September 2018 (UTC)

Stats From Noncoms

As a level 19 Seal Clubber (Mongoose) - I got 156 Myst, 150 Mox, and 192 Muscle stats from their respective noncombats.-- Level 21 (in Hard Mode) = 530 muscle Buried Anagram (talk) 05:44, 13 September 2018 (UTC)

It appears that you get more stats in hard mode. As a level 16 pastamancer in hard mode, I got 576 mysticality stats from the noncombat. --Dudemcbob (talk) 12:32, 20 September 2018 (UTC)

Meat for DJ quest

Cracked the safe in hardmode, found 979, remaining 6537 to go afterwards, meaning I got 13% of the amount I had still needed at the time of opening the safe. My meat drop at the time was +364%. familiar was XO skeleton, no champagne bottle. Mus 425, Mys 205, Mox 326 --Taltamir (talk) 09:21, 13 September 2018 (UTC)

Megawoots quest

I'm sometimes gaining 6 megawoots per fight in normal mode with the cosmetic football equipped. Does this mean the football actually adds 1-2? I haven't done this in hard mode yet. --Prestige (talk) 06:21, 22 September 2018 (UTC)

Now I did this quest in hard mode, and I'm consistently getting 5-6 megawoots per fight with the football equipped. So does the football just set it to 5-6 regardless of hard mode? That's not how I would normally expect this game to handle it, but that's what I saw. --Prestige (talk) 08:28, 25 September 2018 (UTC)
Same for me, 5-6 with the football in HM. --djve (talk) 04:51, 2 October 2018 (UTC)

Burn Trash didn't show up

I have used the burn trash option before, but for some reason it didn't show up on my last attempt. Could it have a requirement to show up? 681 pieces of trash remaining, Mus 38 (16), Myst 128 (39), mox 30 (16). Party items in inventory: "very small red dress" + "electronics kit"... wait a moment, is it possible that you need gas can in inventory to burn trash? it would make sense. Also, is the gas can consumed by doing so? --Taltamir (talk) 14:45, 23 September 2018 (UTC)

  • Your reasoning seems sound, the other options also need items in order to complete so it stands to reason you need the gas can. Also: Last time I handed in the needed "party snacks", it didn't use any of them up, but I can't say thats entirely consistant across the board here.--Tombot (talk) 22:03, 23 September 2018 (UTC)
  • That is odd on the party snacks, I will pay closer attention there. I can now confirm 1 gas can is consumed when burn trash in the kitchen --Taltamir (talk) 11:48, 26 September 2018 (UTC)
