Doesn't this also drop in the woods? Or is that not listed here because the council takes it for 500 meat?

In the conservatory and I had hoped to find out if I need to trigger the adventure by first opening the gallery. In bad moon, I just spent about 20 adventures farming a goat and now I have to seek the potato. My irradiated pet snaks are sure to be spent by then, so I will have to train it, In other words, no ascension for me today. Hardcore
I created a character in order to explore bad moon. During the hardcore lead-in, I discovered that I had neglected to obtain a potato sprout (the NS familiar challenge). This item drops quite rarely I have also discovered (from a single choice adv, at most once per day, as one of seven potential drops). After 7 days (edit: make that 9 or 10 days now) of not getting a sprout from the DD room 3 treasure chest, I started to wonder if this item's availability is appropriate considering its necessity (depending on the ascension).
