This item drops from one of the "normal" hobos in the Hobopolis town square. (The one that dropped it was named Oliver Jones, the Strong. However, since the names are randomized for the hobos, it probably doesn't matter.....)--Vince3 08:26, 18 June 2008 (CDT)
