I am pretty sure that the ranges are from inventory 35-45 and in combat 30-40. But these are my confirmed results.

When Used

• From inventory:

Palm-frond fan

You fan yourself like a Southern Belle, but then stop before you get put in a jar. It's refreshing! Too bad these fans are so cheap, though -- they just fall apart!

You gain (35-42) Mana points. You gain (35-45) hit points.

• In combat:

Palm-frond fan

You take a break from the fight to fan yourself. I do declare!

You gain (30-40) Mana points. You gain (30-39) hit points.
