Careful testing, at that: the grin being described as "obnoxious" suggests to me that you may actually be irritating monsters into raising their levels, similarly to, for example, the squeaky staff; annoying->+ML.--Id the Mildly Confused 17:02, 18 October 2006 (CDT)

Okay, we don't know if the stat gains increases as your level increases or stays the same, so under the notes section in the article, write down how many stats you gained and what level you are. --Coolguy00001 15:33, 28 December 2006 (CST)
I have purposefull tried this at level 10 to test this, and it doesnt appear to actually do anything. Please feel free to edit this or format it, but presently, i cannot say it does anything. --Brandonmarlo 13:02, 27 March 2007 (CDT)
- Have you checked your stat gains? At level 10, it should give +4 stats per fight. Not all effects affect your stats, ok? I'm going to get a jukebox for my multi's clan as soon as I have the meat, and I'll see if it does give stat gains or not. --CG1|

10 adventures in Beanbat Chamber gave 5/-/2; 4/2/1; 2/4/1; 5/1/1; 6/-/1; 3/2/2; 4/3/1; 2/5/1; 3/2/2; 4/2/1 with this and Happy Salamander for a Level 15 Turtle Tamer (non-stat day). Gave 4 stats (3/-/1; 3/1/-; 3/-/1) without. Will try with a separate account.--Foggy 10:33, 30 May 2007 (CDT)
Tried with a Level 11 Seal Clubber. Also tracked damage done over 10 turns with No Worries and 10 turns without. Damage is in the same range for both timespans (97-107), but stats are definitely 3 points higher (I got seven points 8 times, eight points twice; without, I got four points 8 times, five points twice). This isn't a very big sample, obviously, but it apparently gives +3 Stats per fight, as opposed to adjust monster level.--Foggy 10:41, 30 May 2007 (CDT)
Follow-up
Tried again with the worms, and got 48-49 total stats with the effect, 45-46 without. (I also had a +2 stats from a Palm-frond toupee). This is consistent with the +3 increase.--Foggy 09:04, 13 September 2007 (CDT)
