I doubt it. Just because there were a set of spectacles in "National Treasure" doesn't mean it references it. Also, in "National Treasure," there were many pairs of lenses in one spectacle, but it is pretty clear from the picture that there are only 1 pair of lenses. For example, if someone wears a set of spectacles in a book, that doesn't mean that this set of spectacles references the set of spectacles in that book.
