Mme_Defarge (#307559) just got the trophy but she won't tell you. BUT she also have 13 handfuls of confetti in her DC - like WhiskeyJack. So.... or it's use 13 at the same time or having 13 in the DC. thats my theory. --Shualdon 11:47, 5 August 2007 (CDT)

Note: Gemelli (384532) got the trophy from using 11 handfuls of confetti, so the number required is less than 13.
