Seems like it adds +20 Cold damage to attack, but does 1-3 Cold damage to you each combat round, a la All Covered In Whatsit, with the text "You shiver so hard you accidentally punch yourself in the face. Your fist is cold!" --Vorthox 16:06, 5 August 2007 (CDT)
